Additionally, The Devine Schools are part of Early Learning Academies (ELA) family, a growing network of trusted early childhood learning centers led by a team of seasoned and committed childcare professionals.
Teachers
The importance of quality teachers cannot be overstated. In addition to their warmth and sensitivity to the needs of young children, our teachers and assistants are carefully chosen for their experience and training in the fields of early childhood education and child development. Continuous education and participation in early childhood organizations help our staff stay abreast of the latest developments in childhood education.
As a fully licensed childcare center, our teachers are all trained in First-Aid and CPR and have undergone state background checks.
Training
Our teacher education includes one-on-one training with managers as well as health and safety training including CPR and First Aid.
Keystone Stars
Our centers participate in Keystone Stars. Keystone STARS is a quality rating system that promotes quality improvement in early learning and development programs and school-age child care. A Keystone STARS designation informs parents that their children are in a safe, respectful environment in which they are learning new things every day to support their current and future successes in school and in life.The standards are guided by the principle that quality early learning programs are the foundation for children's success, and investment in the early care and education of Pennsylvania's children is an investment in the future.
Safety
When your little one is in our care, you never need to worry about his or her safety. Each of our facilities is secured with protected entrances and exits. In addition to utilizing pass cards at every door, we are alerted of everyone who enters or exits.

When your little one is in our care, you never need to worry about their safety! The Devine Schools puts safety first. We utilize secure sign-in/out technology that provides our staff with real-time attendance information. Our childcare system, Smartcare, also allows us to notify parents immediately of any urgent situations. All entrances are monitored by staff or cameras and require passcodes or QR codes for entry. Additionally, staff participate in regular emergency preparedness training and drills.
