☀️💦 Water Play Day = The Best Kind of Learning over at Devine - Brookside!💦☀️
With the temperatures rising, we turned today into a fun-filled Water Play Day — and it was a splash hit! From pouring and scooping to splashing and laughing, our little learners stayed cool while making sweetest memories.
Water play isn’t just fun (though there were LOTS of giggles 😄), it also helps children:
💧 Build fine and gross motor skills
💧 Explore early science concepts like cause & effect
💧 Strengthen social skills through shared play
💧 Spark creativity and imagination
Most importantly - it brings JOY! 💙

Today for Week of the Young Child, our little chefs in Pre-K and Preschool teamed up with our amazing center cook to make a sweet treat—homemade Rice Krispie treats! 🥣💛
Activities like this help build important skills like teamwork, following directions, and early math—all while making something delicious! 👩🍳👨🍳
We love seeing their smiles as they learn through play… and snacks! 😋
